The Fridge Buyback Program pays you to help save the environment and reduce your power bills by giving up your old second fridge.

Old fridges consume up to three times the energy of new fridges.  Running your second fridge adds $210 a year to your power bill and contributes up to one tonne of greenhouse gas emissions into the environment.

For your second fridge, you will receive:

• $35 Rebate
• $210 year average saving on your power bill
• Free in-home collection by experienced removalists

Over 11,000 fridges have been collected and aims to collect more the 22,000 by 2011, reducing NSW's greenhouse gas emissions by over 180,000 tonnes.
