The process is quite simple; the installer or customer completes all fields on the form including current system model numbers & correct serial numbers. Once signed by the owner of the solar power or solar water heating system, attach a copy of proof of purchase which can be a warranty certificate, installation invoice, purchase invoice etc. Post, fax or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it the Greenbank Environmental form along with copy of proof of purchase and within 14-21 days of receipt, payment will be made directly into your bank account.

If a point of sale discount is given please issue Greenbank Environmental Pty Ltd with an invoice recording all RECs assigned in a block for us to refer back to your invoice. This makes payment allocation a lot easier at both ends.

Please note if the system is brought by an organisation or a business it may incur GST and you must enter their ABN details on the GST declaration located on the generic back pages.

Please note both solar water heating RECs and the 15 year deeming option for solar power RECs must be registered within 12 months after date of installation. Solar power RECs in general can be claimed in blocks of five year deeming for the life of the system.
